FAQ

Licensing questions

A site license covers all users at a defined physical location (e.g., a single building or research site within a company). Enterprise licensing covers multiple sites. Pricing is determined by site size and scope — contact us to discuss your configuration.
Yes. A Lab license (5 concurrent users) is appropriate for an imaging core facility managing usage across multiple user groups, as long as the total number of simultaneous active users does not exceed 5. For larger core facilities, we offer volume pricing — contact us.
Your license key expires and the software enters a read-only mode — existing data can still be exported, but no new analysis runs can be initiated. We send renewal reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry.
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remaining subscription period. Contact us and we will issue an updated license key immediately.
Yes. Offline activation is available for institutions that cannot allow outbound license validation traffic. The process requires a one-time activation request per machine. Contact us for the offline activation procedure.
